Hi, I’m Jennifer — holistic wellness coach, nervous system nerd, and someone who’s been through the burnout spiral more than once.

Years ago, I found myself exhausted, inflamed, and disconnected — from my body, my joy, and myself. I tried all the quick fixes... nothing stuck.

That’s when I stopped chasing ā€œperfectionā€ and started working with my body instead of against it.

Today, I help women over 40 reset their stress, rebalance their bodies, and rediscover the version of themselves they knew was still in there.

I've always been in this realm in some capacity for years but back in 2014, I became so desperately ill.
It began as some fatigue with odd looking lab results that looked suspiciously like cancer. As the symptoms progressed, the pain in my body was overwhelming at its best and deplorable at its worst, and doctors couldn’t find answers.
I had lost 35 lbs. and could barely dress myself; I needed my husband to help me dress. It took me a full 5 minutes to get socks and shoes on.

I had resigned myself to preparing for the worst, beginning to make "final arrangements" and barely able to move without triggering unbearable pain. My husband and I both felt helpless because we thought ourselves healthy and "bullet proof".
As I waited for the specialist’s appointments and diagnosis, my husband and I took action. I committed to an intensive autoimmune paleo diet, an intensive supplement regimen but more importantly, I turned inward.
I focused on mindset work, meditation, prayer, and stress reduction.
I learned that stress had been a major trigger for my condition, and by calming my mind, I was able to start calming my body.
Eventually, I was diagnosed with Eosinophilic Fasciitis, a rare autoimmune disease affecting the fascia and joints. While medication was prescribed, I truly believe that my recovery was deeply influenced by my dedication to nutrition, mindfulness, journaling, and stress management.
I had gained a LOT of weight back and I took myself on another journey but this time it was weight loss.
These experiences showed me firsthand that the mind-body connection is not just theory—it is real, and it is powerful.
I felt it was my duty and calling to gain the certification necessary to help women like me, the people who need and WANT the help.

In 2019, I became a certified health coach because I knew I couldn’t keep what I’d learned to myself. I had seen first-hand what was possible when we give the body what it needs—and stop pouring stress and toxicity into it. But the real healing went even deeper…

Two years ago, I made another life-altering decision: I got sober. Alcohol had become a coping mechanism. A numbing agent. And I knew I was meant for more.

Through emotional work like EFT, RRT, mindfulness, and nervous system healing, I faced my shadows, forgave myself, and finally came home to my body. That’s what this work is really about: coming home to yourself.

Now, I help women over 40 who feel stressed, stuck, inflamed, and exhausted—just like I once was—reset their minds and bodies so they can feel light, radiant, powerful, and at peace.

Why I Do This Work

I believe women deserve more than band-aid fixes and fad diets.

This chapter of life comes with a whirlwind of change: hormones, responsibilities, identity shifts, and decades of accumulated stress and emotional baggage.

Most of the women I work with are still carrying pain they never fully processed. And when they finally learn to regulate their nervous system and release that stress?

✨ They feel lighter. Calmer. Brighter.
✨ They start to see themselves again—maybe for the first time in years.

It’s not always easy. But it’s so worth it. And I’m here to walk beside you the entire way.
